The Island's largest traditional garden fair, over 140 amazing Island & mainland nurseries, garden & craft stalls. Elizabethan dancing, cooking demonstrations with Passamezzo. Classic car, bike, military vehicle & engine displays. Woodcarving & IOW coppice displays. Farmers market & food trucks. Vintage amusements, 'have a go' archery, kayaking around the moat. Dog agility displays & shows. IOW donkey sanctuary, West Wight alpacas and Haven falconry displays. Re-enactments by Wolfguard. Magic with Randini. Live music from Steve Love, Wight Ukers, Last Orders and so much more over both days!
Advanced tickets have sold fast, but fear not as tickets can be purchased on the door!
The daily admission price is £8 Adult.
This is a charity event and is a flat rate for all adults, Children under 14 go free. All profits from the fair stay on the Island helping Age UK Isle of Wight to support our older Island residents.
Please be aware that our ticket booths are cash only (Signal is intermittent at the top of the site so card payments aren’t always possible and we do our best to avoid queues - As you get into the main showground this isn’t so much an issue and many of our exhibitors are able to take payment by card). The fair is set in Shorwell and the nearest cash point is Newport.
Wolverton is a dog friendly event so feel free to bring you furry friends as long as they are kept on a lead, but please take care when entering the Hare Garden as we have many local animals visiting such as West Wight Alpacas, IOW Donkey Sanctuary and Haven Falconry
